Venture Consulting became an independent entity in January 2009. With its head
office in Sydney, Venture was formed through the local management buyout of the Australia and New
Zealand business of Spectrum Value Partners, a leading global strategy consultancy. The team has
been operating in Australia since 2004.
In April 2010, Venture Consulting opened an office in Singapore. This office serves our clients
across South East Asia and Greater China. |

Venture Consulting's CEO, Justin Jameson, was a
founding member of Spectrum Strategy Consultants in London in 1994 and co-established Spectrum's
Asia business out of Singapore in 2000, before moving to Sydney in 2004. Justin brings his clients
over 18 years of media and telecoms experience and focus.
Venture Consulting's MD Singapore, Virat Patel, joined the team in 2010. He was previously a
Partner in Spectrum's Asia business. Virat brings his clients over 25 years media and telecoms
