The Venture Consulting team most recently helped Optus to prepare for their
National Broadband Network (NBN) submission. For much of 2008, the Venture Consulting team provided
bid management support to Optus and the wider Terria group. Specifically, the team worked with Optus
to develop the project structure and workstreams needed to prepare for and submit a very complex bid document,
to programme manage the bid development and preparation process.

The team identified and brought together the resource needed
and then managed each workstream's deliverables such that the overall bid preparation process remained
on track. In addition, the team 'road tested' the strategy and the business case, as well as helped several
of the company's business units to consider how their strategies might have to evolve under the NBN. |
